Hi, thanks for reading!Im typing this ad on behalf of myself and my sister. Were looking for a house or townhouse to rent (unfurnished, we have plenty of furniture between the two of us), preferably with 3 bedrooms or 2 with a basement (the more space the better). Im an Army wife and mother of one with one on the way. My husband is deploying to Iraq this fall from Ft. Lewis, WA and Ill be moving back to the East coast to be closer to family. Ill be living with my sister who is a mother of 2 and is currently going to school to become a nurse. Were both mature adults who do not do drugs or throw parties, but will have a couple friends over for a movie or barbeque on occasion. And I know 6 sounds like a LOT of people, but consider the fact that 3 of them are babies and its more like 4 and a half. :)Her lease ends July 31st so she will be looking to move in on or before August 1st (as close to that date as possible!), and my husband and I will be back to visit in August before he deploys and I should be moving in around the beginning or middle of September. We do have a strict budget of no more than $1300 (less is always better!) so please keep that in mind when emailing me back. She also requests that it be in the Running Brook Elementary area so that her son doesnt have to change schools. To those who recognize this ad (since I’ve posted a couple of times before), apologies if I didn’t get back to you – I was on a business trip and sick for the past week and a half. Even though I’m not a huge drinker, stumbling distance is good, just for convenience (plus I’m not overly coordinated so everything is “stumbling distance” in some respect).I’m looking for a roommate who can be a friend and who I can be pleasant and social with, but doesn’t have to be my best friend. I’m average cleanliness (not dirty, but not overly neat) and would like someone compatible there as well. I work kind of an 8 to 4, work from home about once or twice a week, and am in grad school part-time as well so I’d like someone who keeps a normal schedule. Need parking since I have to drive to work, and can’t live with cats (allergies). Personality-wise, I’m pretty laidback and somehow manage all of my adult responsibilities with a good sense of humor. I like to tell stories and just ramble about things (seriously, close your door). More of a sports/dive bar than a club guy. Love sports – I don’t watch a ton of TV shows but I usually have a ballgame on at night.
