The incumbent will directly supervise the pick/pack and shipping operations. The responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising one or more departments (15+ employees) within the warehouse and working in concert with other management team members to provide direction, guidance and coaching to staff members while building a positive work environment.Ideal Candidate’s Qualities:• Strong English/writing skills• Must be organized, detailed and able to multi-task• Has a flexible work schedule• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills• Must have a strong and independent voice• Willingness to learn and growRequirements:• High school diploma or equivalent• 2-3 years warehouse experience• 2-3 years experience directly supervising staff• 2-3 years experience working in a fulfillment department (ie: pick/pack)• PC knowledge including Microsoft Office and Outlook• Must be familiar with warehouse management and operations including the use of equipment and maintenance of time• Understanding of inventory control and pick/pack operations• Must be a good motivator with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills• Experience with warehouse Receiving a plusThis is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position.What is Birthday in a Box?
