15 ft. steel I-beam engine hoist with one ton Little Mule trolley (as shown in yard photo with steel pieces) and two 7 1/2 ft. tall posts with 9\" square base plates welded on. Assembly requires some minor welding to attach square post pieces to I-beam to make slip joints. Comes with two extra base plates which are also predrilled 4 x 1/2\" for making an extra set of supports in a different location. Both I-beam and posts are mild steel and can easily be cut with a sawzall if the dimensions need to be changed to fit your work area. Tool sharpening equipment 12,000Complete Foley - Belsaw sharpening business. Not junk like \"The Drill Doctor\", real top quality equipment.You can sharpen everything except for the very small and very large. I had run this as a business for many years. The equipment is currently setup for carbide tipped blades. knifes, sizzors router bits, end mill ends (no flutes), chain saws. All machines can be run off one 20 Amp house circuit.Too much equipment to show pics of it all. Best if you stop by. Can be setup in about 80 sq ft, but will be tight. Weekly cash gross is between 100 to 500. It all depends how motivated you are. Average is around 60.00 per hour. I started sharpening when I was 17 in Connecticut. It is know in a shed in my back yard, only some of the machines are setup. Well over $30000 if purchased new. At the starting end of their lineup is the WD0635, which is a basic vac at a low price that has features found in more expensive models. If youre looking for an affordable model, this one may be enough for your shop.The Emerson motor in the WD0635 draws 7.3 amps (2.5 peak hp). The 6-gallon tank is adequate for smaller jobs, and the units weight (without debris) is less than 15 pounds. Four swivel casters make it relatively easy to move the vac around the shop or basement. We like that the short, squatty design helps prevent knocking over this vacuum during use. The electric cord is 10-feet long, which should be sufficient for most shops. I purchased this Supermax YCM30 to machine motorcycle and cars parts as a hobby. Unfortunately, my friend that was going to teach me how to operate the machine got sick and passed away. Since then, the machine has sat and I want to make some room in my shop. I am attaching a picture showing the machine and to the left on the ground is the phase converter. If you have any questions, Ill do my best to fill in the blanks. Please remember that I am not the expert; my friend was the one with all the knowledge. Heres what I know: The machine is a 1988 Supermax YCM30 with an Anilam Crusader M Controller. The machine was damaged in shipping (cables crushed) and when it was being unloaded it fell over. The table step motor bracket was broken and replaced with a new factory bracket. The CRT screen and a PC board in the Anilam Controller were replaced because they were damaged in the fall. I had the Anilam Controller repaired and checked out by a certified repairman in Florida. When we looked at the machine we thought that only two motor cables were crushed in shipment. So, the two cables were repaired (by a friend) and we didn’t realize other cables were damaged till we tried powering up the machine. I now get a \"Servo Error\" on the CRT screen when the machine is powered up. I have been told by an Electronic Engineer that the step motors on this machine require a signal to the motor back to the controller. The error Im receiving indicates that a wire or wires may be damaged and one of the signals is not being received. I am not aware of any other damage to the machine and the machine is being \"SOLD AS IS\". So, please make sure you know what you are buying because there will be no refunds. Below is a brief description of everything I have for the machine1988 Supermax YCM 30 (sitting on pallet)Anilam Crusader M Controller and programming manual. In addition, it will test the new 42 volt charging systems on motor vehicles.Alternators above 200 amps can be tested also however if you load it to above 200 amps, you start to exceed the ability of the 7-1/2 HP motor and the carbon pile. This bench is approximately fifteen years old and has been in storage since 2001. Jimco’s philosophy is “We DESIGNED it, we BUILD it, we SUPPORT it!” The MRP on this bench when it was built was approximately $12,000.00. I do not know what the current price would be.This test bench was custom built for me, to my specifications. I have extensive hands on experience using this machine, and my knowledge of the operation of this piece of equipment conveys with the sale.There is no other bench made that is as versatile or capable as this one.This bench was designed for high quality, high production alternator rebuilding shops. The manufacture has an excellent reputation, will readily support this machine and actually has a policy of handling all phone calls without voice-mail. The manufacture will still build an almost identical bench to this day and will most definitely sell you the most up-to-date information and adapters to test current as well as future alternators as they are released.Any parts that might ever be needed for this machine are available from the manufacture as well as many of the more common parts being available from your local Grainger store. The variable speed feature assures that while performing your test you can verify that the alternator will be able to keep up with the vehicle loads at idle as well as any other rotor speed.
