Reliable 2002 Honda Reflex (NSS250) 250cc Scooter. Good choice for a commuter bike: starts, stops, and goes without drama.Bike has about 19.3 k-miles. Automatic transmission is great for stop-and-go traffic. It gets around 75 mpg (regular gas), is big enough and fast enough for some highway riding, and has good wind protection. Suspension and ergos are designed for comfort. Power is adequate to carry a passenger. There is moderate underseat storage space. Linked brakes (left lever) and rear brake (right lever) take some getting used to if you’ve been riding motorcycles. Acceleration is so-so (hey, it’s a 250), but is adequate. You also get a brand new (unmounted) Avon tire, but current tires are ok.Nits: The windshield air deflection causes my helmet faceshield to close around 50 mph, but that may be a function of my old helmet. There is some road rash and other mostly cosmetic blemishes (see pix) from dropping it at a stop sign. The luggage compartment light doesn’t work. Idle is sometimes uneven. I am selling my 96 Harley that i bought Summer last year due to the fact i want to buy a car for the track. Its a sportster 1200 in excellent condition, i am the third owner, bought it from a preacher in fairfax who had a garage and was very meticulous about this bike being that it was for his wife who never rode it. All the fluids have always been synthetic and always changed early. There is alot of chrome that shines bright, i had a set of saddle bags and a new clutch pack to go with the bike. in order to install the saddle bags the current turn signals will have to be removed an some smaller ones bought. has 15,200 miles at this time, it had 13,400 when i purchased it. During last summer and all through winter bike was in a garage when not in use , however i have moved and no longer live in a house with a garage so since April 09 it has been outside under a cover when not in use. I actually do ride it often just not very far distances. Everything on this bike works great , has new battery and all new fluids not even 200 miles on it. clutch has been adjusted along with drive belt, no chain. In between the tacometer and speedometer there is some surface rust on the chrome which i cant get too. other than that this bike is pretty much top notch. I was told by my motorcycle mechanic that it has a harley stage 1 kit on it with bigger jets in the carb. its def a runner, hit the gas and get chills. It has two seats also in excellent condition to go with the bike. Hello... Up for sale here is my sons 2003 Honda xr-70 dirtbike in excellent condition. This bike needs NOTHING, and is ready to hop on and ride!! This was our sons 2nd. bike but easily could be a starter bike. His 1st. was a Yamaha tt-50 but he outgrew that bike very fast. He has ridden this bike around 10-20 hours each season. He has a 4 wheeler as well, so time \"recreating\" were split between the 4 wheeler and this dirt bike. This xr70 has 3 gears, no clutch and is kick start. He never had any problem starting this even when we first purchased it new when he was 6. I can start this bike with a crank from my arm its so easy. It has never failed to start right up on the 1st. kick. Even the first ride of each season it started with 1 or 2 kicks. Its been stored in and kept in our climate controlled garage since day one, so there is very little if any fading on the plastic. I change the oil and spark plug every season and thats about it...Still has everything original and in Excellent shape. Tires look almost new, brakes were adjusted the first time this spring and should last a long time. There are some very light scratches here and there, but cmon, its a dirtbike. There are NO and I mean NO gouges, dents, huge scarapes, or anything that would displease anyone. Our river lot is grass, this hasnt been ridden through the woods, or into any trees for that matter. It is more than likely in the best shape of any bike anywhere near its age. Heres 4 pictures and I have many more if interested. $850 PRICE IS FIRM, LOOK AROUND AT OTHER LISTINGS AND PICTURES.
