About me: Im a 27 year old guy going to school at Mason in the Fall thanks to the new GI Bill. Im active (marathon training, avid runner, reluctant gym-goer), very outgoing, and not home very often. I would love nothing more than to stay in Arlington/DC, but if schools going to be my main focus (and uncle sam my primary source of income), im forced to find a roommate whos willing to split $1500 or less rent close to campus. Ive found a few cool places to check out, but need to find a roommate. Id prefer someone whos ok with the occasional mess here and there, but generally clean. Id prefer it if youre not socially handicapped (i.e. you dont creep people out), and if you know how to budget.
