I have a large room available in a 2400 square foot end unit townhouse that has all new carpet, paint, and windows to share! The room is downstairs so its very private. It does have a separate entrance, but its not even necessary bc its secluded. Private bath. Very close to Rt 66/29/28 with plenty of places to eat, hang out, etc. I also have the kitchen fully equipped so theres no need to bring anything! Theres a desk and small sofa in there and I can also include a twin mattress if necessary.All utilities: high speed cable, directTV, water, electric...etc to be split between 3... The rest of the house is shared space! There are 2 assigned parking spots with plenty of additional visitor and street parking. We are also right off 29 with easy access to 28 and 66. There is a bus stop right in front of the complex. Trader Joes, Giants and Grand supermarkets are all right across the street. We are about 10 minutes from Fair Lakes shopping center and Fair Oaks Mall. The electricity varies. In the summer it is about $30 each and in the winter it can get up to about $60 each. As for me, I am a 22 year old Masters student at Marymount University. Unfortunately my digital camera is broken at the moment so I dont have pictures but this is the apartment website: http://www.mywoodwayapartments.com The rent includes everything but electricity (including wireless internet). The electricity varies. In the summer it is about $30 each and in the winter it can get up to about $60 each. As for me, I am a 22 year old Masters student at Marymount University. I am pretty neat but not obsessively so. I am quite social but dont drink very much. I cannot have any illegal drugs in the apartment, sorry. I do have one cat. We are allowed two pets per apartment so one other animal is welcome, a cat for sure but I would have to meet any dog. As for you, I would prefer someone in their 20s but Im flexible. As long as the common areas, especially the kitchen, are kept clean, Im happy. I would like to meet in person just to make sure we will get along and thats about it.
