Are you the expert seamstress that I am in need of? Can you alter some nice clothes - swim suits included - for a young professional at a reasonable price? Since I am short (5 foot tall) a lot of clothes I buy dont fit well over all - especially swim suits. What makes matters worst is that I recently lost over 15 pounds and now my brand new swim suits (I bought early spring) basically hang off me. The swim suits are Victoria Secrets and have never been worn yet - and I cant return/exchange them since the suits have already sold out. :(I live a few blocks away from the White Flint mall. I am subletting a one bedroom in a three bedroom apartment located directly above the Grosvenor-Strathmore metro stop on the Red line. The apartment is located right off the beltway intersection of 495 and 270. It is about a 25 minute metro commute to the center of downtown DC, and the nearest grocery store/Chipotle/Bank of America/Mall is only a 5 minute ride by bus, and there are 4 buses that stop right outside the metro station on a regular basis. There is plenty of space for parking at the apartment community for a monthly parking fee, or you can park at the meters on the street. The apartment is carpeted with hard wood floors in the kitchen and the laundry area - complete with full size washer and dryer. The room is cozy, comes with a twin bed, a desk, bookshelves, two dressers, and access to a desktop computer if needed. The apartment complex is the Avalon at Grosvenor Station, it has a gym, business center with printers and fax, and a pool. The rent includes all utilities including cable and wi-fi internet.
