The position requires travel. Skill Requirements: Candidate must have: 1-3 years of related experience, strong analytical skills and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams. Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite are required. Proficiency with ArcGIS is a plus. The candidate must be able to obtain a DOD Common Access Card. The graphic designer is responsible for training staff members of all skill levels in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as keeping up to date with new features and trends. Skill Requirements: 2-5 years of relevant experience. Successful candidates will be self-motivated and creative, able to solve problems independently, comfortable working as part of a project team, comfortable utilizing EDAW’s extensive in-house printing capabilities, and able to maintain relationships with vendors and independent print shops. Computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, are required. Northern Virginia based Federal/State/Regional Government interior contractor is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to work on projects throughout the United States. Position Summary:This position is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of construction services functions including: estimating, marketing, sub-contractor relations, project management and project completions. The Project Coordinator will provide a wide variety of administrative/project management and related tasks including performing duties as directed by the Group Leader.Qualifications:Individual will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in construction related field and 3 to 5 years work experience in commercial interiors renovation construction. Good computer and written and oral communication skills are critical. Person must have knowledge of construction drawings, estimating, contractor relationships, and project management.
