| Heres the situation people, I moved in with may 20th. The apartment complex is Archstone Newport Village. Its a 2 bedroom apartment thats roughly 1300 sq ft. Rent is 1450$ a month utilities included, we get a really low electricity bill too. Theres a pool, its olympic size and theres lots of fun people to meet there. Apparently there is a gym which i have yet to visit but i guarantee you there is one. We live in an apartment thats right on the corner of braddock rd and beauregard rd. | My current roommate is moving but I love the area and really want to stay so Im looking for someone to sign a lease with me. It is a 2 bedroom/1 bath low rise apartment, I have the smaller room and the bigger room with walk-in closet is whats up for grabs. It has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, plus the room overlooks the Olympic size swimming pool that is now open, and it has an exercise room open 24/7. There is ample parking for those with a car and all youll need to do is get a parking permit from the leasing office. It is close to everything, 395 is 2 min away, 495 is about 10min away and so is DC, there are several shops and restaurants close by and a lot of them are within walking distance. For those who prefer public transportation for work, like me, or do not have a car the bus stops are right outside the apartment and you can take it to Ballston, King Street, or Pentagon metro stations. The $1000 rent already includes all utilities such as internet, cable water, heating etc so that is all youll have to pay monthly. The deposit is $250 which would be returned to you when you decide to leave all I ask is 1-2 months notice. If you want to know more feel free to ask.
