am in need of a good HVAC guy to repair my AC unit in Franconia section of Alexandria. You can bring your boat or jet skis because we are 45 minutes from either the James River or Smith Mountain lake. AC REPAIR NEEDS: AC needs repair at our Alexandria House. It was new when we bought the house 7 yrs ago so I dont think the unit is all that old. It wasnt cooling 3 years ago and it was repaired. It hasnt been used much in the last 3 yrs and now we turned it on and it isnt cooling. BARTER: I will be happy to pay for all materials & barter for labor or we can barter both labor and materials if they are minimal – whichever you prefer. We will offer you a certificate and you can use your certificate for any future vacation dates of your choice. Use them all at once or break them up into smaller getaways. We keep an account balance for those guys who do small jobs for us and they can let their account build until they have enough to take longer vacations. We are very flexible.
