I have for sale a 1962 Ford Falcon, 2-dr. This car, back in the early 80’s, had a 428 Ford, 4-speed and a 1965 Econoline straight axle. Later in the 80’s the same owner removed the straight axle and started to install a Mustang independent front suspension which was never finished. I bought the car about 2 years ago out of the barn in Eastern CT where it sat since the 80’s. I bought the car with the intentions of putting it back the way it was when it was a hot rod. The body on this car is in very good condition for a New England car, nearly 50 years old. This car still wears its original paint with minimal rot. There is a fist-sized hole in the passenger front floor. The fenders and doors and their panels are in very good condition, nearly rust-free. Lower quarter, on passenger side only, has small rust hole easily repaired with a very small patch. The frame, trunk floor, and window ledges are rot free. Clutch pedals are still in the car. Car has an 8 inch rear, no motor or tranny. I do have the original Econoline axle, spindles, brakes and springs. Glass is all in good condition along with the stainless trim work. This car is the perfect candidate to transform back to a straight-axeled gasser. This is a project car with no warranty. I have Polaroid photos of the car with the axle and motor either being installed or removed. (unsure) don’t know the year of the photos but can tell you by looking at the wrenchmen’s hair styles… it screams 80’s as told to me by the previous owner. I have a factory front bumper for a Dodge Ram pickup. This came off my 2001 2500 quad cab however I believe it should fit many years prior but please check before buying as I am selling it as is. This bumper comes WITHOUT the fog lights because my truck didn’t come with that option. The bumper is in very good condition and for the price would make a great replacement for someone with a smashed up or rotted bumper. With a little cleaning it’ll shine up real nice. It does have a small dent in it but its located just below the license plate bracket so when on the truck, it’s very hard to notice. I just want to make you aware that it’s there. I just put a custom bumper on my truck and have no use for this one so I’m only asking $40.00 for it. I do have the plastic trim however both the top and bottom pieces had broken tabs and were falling off. I kept them just in case whoever bought the bumper wanted them. FOR SALE 16 fiberglass Atlas Traveler boat with 50hp Johnson outboard motor. This is a perfect boat to take fishing. The motor is very clean, and has always ran great. The boat was manufactured in 1966, has a deep V hull which cuts through waves easily. The longshaft motor was manufactured in 1983, and has a fairly new propeller. The carbs might need to be cleaned. The plywood interior floor was replaced about 2 years ago by me. I also replaced the seats, radio, and speakers at that time. The trailer was modified by my father and tows like a dream. Very reluctantly I am listing my EXTREAMLY comfortable king size waterbed. This bed was purchased 6 years ago from Off Track Bedding in Providence R.I. for just over$1200.00. This is not your parents free flow mattress! This mattress has the foam inner lumbar layers that cuts motion down by 90% and is GREAT for people with bad backs like myself. In fact that is why my wife & I purchased this bed in the first place. The Good:• The bed frame is solid pine and I replaced the cheap particle boards that the mattress lies on with solid ½” thick plywood and junked the inferior “L” brackets that came with the bed and replaced them with heavy duty ones. • It has a really nice bookshelf style headboard with a center mirror and lighted compartments. • Mattress is perfect and has never been repaired!• Instead of the regular cheap base we upgraded to the 6-draw base (3 on each side)• Includes nice plush pillow top style Mattress cover that completely encases the entire mattress.• Protective liner is in mint condition and included.• We also have padded side and corner rail covers which are also included.The Bad:• One of the 6 draws needs to be repaired.• Mattress heater broke 2 years ago and we never bought a new one. Not really needed with the mattress cover.• I was going to refinish the entire bed and only got as far as the side boards so the headboard and draw base is a walnut and side boards are a natural pine finish. I took this bed down kicking and screaming because it’s the only bed that felt really good with my back problems but “the boss” wanted a new bedroom set and made me buy her one of those foam mattresses.
