This is a Porter Cable model 853 “magenquench” (actually made in the USA). I bought this sometime in the mid to late 90s & paid over $200 for it – it was the best you could buy at the time.It is a 12-VOLT 3/8 drill. It comes with charger, one battery and a nice metal case. The batteries are still readily available online -- I got a new drill in a large set & want to see this go to a good home. This thing was never abused or used heavily as I am just a DIYSer. It has seen little use in the past 5 years but still works great.This drill would be great for a home owner who wants something more than the SEARS “POS” you get for <$100. The price of $50 is firm!
