Includes original box, all items such as the mic, remote, etc. With warranty; flawless condition both functionally and cosmetically: I originally bought one from unauthorized dealer and noticed one of the optical outputs didn’t work. Called Denon who said they don’t offer warranty coverage from unauthorized dealers. I managed to return it and bought this one from an authorized dealer for almost $1100. You could be far better off with this minimally used, like-new, receiver with this coverage than to buy one that Denon never authorized to be sold (thus you might even end up w/one that has an invalid serial number like the 1st one I bought), yet my price is below the new unauthorized one in order to sell it faster in order to pay for a plasma TV I’ve recently ordered.
