5 bedrooms, 5 rooms upstairs with the kitchen downstairs and a nice family room with a fire place. Big tiled floors, carpeted in the rooms, shared bathroom, big back yard, nice rooms, and excellent roommates. In addition, plenty of street parking, yard space. Also very central to freeways (163, 15, 805, and the 5)and conveniently near eateries, 10 minutes to UCSD and shopping and office needs(Vons, Black Angus, Red Lobster, Starbucks, Subway, Target, Bowling Alley, Post office, Staples, Petco, etc.) House equipped with WIFI and basic cable (We might get rid of it though). We live across from a park/ dog park, near a bowling alley, malls, eateries, movie theaters, and all amenities at your disposal. We share all the utilities, and house chores. We are looking for someone who is mellow, who is goal oriented, honest, clean, courteous, and knows how to smile at life. Also someone who has their own life as well. The house is pretty quite through out the week, but weekends we might get together for a BBQ or some fun across at the park. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an addition to our humble home for October 2009 (Room will be available on the 30th of September) and to fuse some new energy into our existing dynamic. We all met through the Internet and have created a solid living arrangement together. There is a good mix of culture in our home. For example, two international students from France and Japan (both older than 20yrs), an Electrical engineer from Ohio, an MP from Idaho and my self born and raised in San Diego, but I am Vietnamese, French and Chinese.
