This is a great Sunriver house, especially good for families with young kids. The house has a hot tub, fireplace, air conditioning (great to have in the summer), free wireless high speed internet access, two televisions (with DVD and VCR), lots of bikes and much more. It is located in the heart of Sunriver, less than a 5 minute walk from Fort Rock Park, at the end of a quiet cul de sac, surrounded by trees. We have young kids ourselves, so the house comes stocked with things like a crib, high chair, toys and games for children. There is a master bedroom with a king bed upstairs, two bedrooms downstairs (one with queen bed, the other with two doubles). Our spring, fall and winter rate is $145 per night, plus tax and a $55 cleaning fee. We offer incentives for longer stays during non holiday periods, such as 4 nights for the price of 3, so please call us and let us know the dates you have in mind. During the summer months (July and August) we rent by the week only - Saturday to Saturday - and the rate is $1,195 per week plus tax and a $55 cleaning fee. We currently have availability the week of June 27th to July 4th, July 11th to 18th, and we are wide open after August 15th.
