Description: This is a great studio piano. It has a practice felt strip that is lowered with a switch between the hammers and strings which produces a muffled sound for quiet practicing. Flip the switch in the other direction and the felt is raised so the hammers have direct contact with the strings for normal playing. I had some minor work done on it several years ago (a non-structural piece of wood was replaced and it was completely regulated). Needs a little regulation now and tuning but everything is in tact and I play it regularly. Nothing is broken. You won't find a piano like this for this price. This is the largest of the upright piano types, typically used in music schools and studios. Please hire a professional moving company to move the piano.
