2250 Bayliner Skagit. The good stuff: Newer Black canvas, Mercruiser outdrive in good shape, great looking boat from the outside, EZ Loader trailer, two axles replaced, port a potty, kicker bracket, new indoor outdoor carpet, ice box, alcohol stove and sink. Trim tabs good. What it needs: Interior needs finishing, headliner in v berth, seats are usable now but have weathered, has Ford 302 and should be rebuilt or replaced, has new starter and solenoids. Soft spots in the back half of floor, dog house for motor needs finished. This was a project boat but ended up buying another one.
