1976 Steel bottom houseboat. Boat is in good shape, will need a little tlc, just because it has been sitting for two years. Mostly just a good cleaning. Has a 318 chrysler engine, roof air, microwave, refrig. new water and gas tanks. am/fm cd radio & speakers, ship to shore radio. Interior is in very good condition, lots of newer items. The steel bottom has been tar set and is in great shape. Boat is in all around very good condition just need to sell due to having another boat. Boat also has a trailer.
