This mother-in-law unit is brand new and very high quality. It has marble floors, granite sink top, expensive double bed, all cotton linens, etc. (We did in fact build it for my 93 yr old mother in law, who's not yet ready to move here...) It is fully furnished with Dish Satellite, TV/DVD player and a stack of 100 DVDs, free WiFi for your laptop, radio/stereo & CDs, stove, refrig, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, all dishes, linens, water purifier, etc. It is its own private unit, not shared. There is also a comfy, outdoor patio lounge/eating area with a BBQ grill which looks out on our lush garden, lawn & numerous palm & fruit trees. We will provide you with a tropical flower bouquet and organic fruit bowl upon your arrival.
