Walk-in freezer including all associated refrigeration equipment required. 24' x 62' x 11' high freezer box. 6' wide x 7.5' high sliding door at end of each 24' wall. Both of these doors have heated seals. Box is made by Controlled Environment Structures, Inc. of Mansfield MA. The side panels and ceiling are all 4' wide panels that lock into each other, so if the unit is too big, you can always leave out a section when reassembling to make it smaller. Or, put a wall down the middle and split it into a cooler and a freezer. Walls are 6" thick. Floor is a corrugated steel panel which the walls were build on top of, then 6" EPS foam with a concrete slab over the top of that. The walls appear to be completely free from the concrete. There are currently 27 freezer grade ceiling light fixtures installed with a light switch at the door. There are two identical roof-top condensors that appear to be 6 HP each as derived from the name plate data. Please confirm HP rating yourself if this is a concern for you. Melrose MA 01276 There are four ceiling mounted Bohn evaporator coils in the freezer. This unit was running in service until June 25, 2009 and the breaker was shut off at that time. Turning it back on for your inspection is as easy as flipping the breaker back on. This unit is still assembled and fully operational for testing! This equipment was all brand new in February of 2005. As the pictures show, this freezer was installed inside of a building, so it was never exposed to the weather.
