I spent serval hours and $175 to assemble this unit and we only used it for 3 months! Save yourself time and money buying this unit! This piece is required when a resturant wants to install a pop machine and have Pepsi or Coke contract their product to them. Pepsi and Coca-Cola both require this to prevent damage to their pop machine and stop pop from blowing all over the person serving the product as well. Health Department also requires it because of the potential for the CO2 gas driving the pop backwards into the water system. No ordinary pressure valve will work it has to have 3 regulators and a gauge. Vending companies could charge anywhere from $350 - $500 for their units. This unit was approved by Pepsi when I had my BBQ Restaurant and I served Pepsi products. I will ship this unit for an additional $25 or you can view / pick-up in Cleveland.
