This is a 2005 New Holland LS-170, has factory enclosed Cab with Heat and A/C. Only has 1166 hours on the machine. Less than 150 hours on the NEW tires and Grouser Tracks . This unit also has the safety lock-out control panel which lets you sleep at night not worrying if it will be stolen or not. The seat is completely adjustable for height and weight to give you a better and more controllable ride. The unit has aux. Hook-ups for remote equipment use ( augers, Harley rakes, brooms, hammers etc). This machine is very well kept and serviced including greasing all the joints before every use. This is a work horse of a Skid Loader . New Holland, in my opinion, has been giving “Bobcat” a run for the money when they built this mid-sized machine especially if you have been pricing any Bobcat machines. The trailer was purchased new in 2006 from Stigers trailer and equipment. It’s a 10,000 lb trailer with 12,000 lb axles and brakes under a 16 ft platform with removable ramps. The chains and binders are also included. This machine is the equivalent to the old 775 machine or the newer S-175’s from bobcat. The horse power, bucket size and lift height is perfect for the contractor or farmer that wants to get the job done with the least amount of effort. You can get this machine in and out of those jobs that a larger machine can’t get to and yet will also get the job done of those machines that just doesn’t have the power or the lift. This set up on the machine along with the trailer combination takes the head ache out of waiting for someone to show up and do the job for you, or never show up at all.
