I fix Computers... Hello,I am a 53 year old retiree who also happens to be an avid Computer Enthusiast. I have (3) Desktop Computers and (2) Laptop Computers. All are on a Home Network, the Laptops via Wireless. All the Desktops I have assembled myself. I have also severely upgraded one of my Laptops. I share this simply to point out that I have an extensive background in Personal Computers, both Hardware and Software. Often I am commissioned by friends and friends of friends to take in their sick and poorly performing computers and make them run like new once again. Often I am rewarded with a “gratuity” or "swap" for having resurrected a failing Computer. As times get tighter, this becomes a “Win-Win” situation for me and the owners of “Poorly Performing” Computers. Simply by word of mouth, I have been in the position to help numerous people; many becoming personal friends.
