I replied to a posting for help with some baby needs. After purchasing clothing and formula the people didn't arrange a meeting to get the things. Wal-Mart will not refund without the receipt due to WIC scams. Of course knowing I was donating the formula to this family I threw it away. So I have, and don't need, because it is a special formula (in fact WIC wouldn't approve it) that only certain babies might use. Because I am a non profit that helps with clothing children out of my own pocket, I would like to get back just what I paid on this formula.
