It has The open/close door, plenty of windows so it doesn't get stuffy inside on hot days, the doorbell works just as well as the day it was purchased and it makes all types of sounds and talks several different phrases, the phone IS included, but wasn't inside the house when I pictured it, that also says several phrases as well. There is a little table top that flips over to reveal a stovetop, shutters that open/close, and lots of room to play inside.I've power washed this so it's completely clean and ready to set up and play in. NO cracks/breaks or sharp edges that your little ones could get hurt on. This can be disassembled to fit inside an SUV/Van, or I can leave it assembled if you have a pick up truck.
