I have a brand new (but very old) EZ/Mat by Alto. I don't know anything about mat cutters, but it is 32 1/2" long and the box says it does bevel edges and double mats. It comes with a 96 page book on techniques. It was my grandparents and was bought in 84, but the box had never been opened until I opened it to take pictures. It has 5 new blades.
