We are an Independent Living Apartment building: Individuals must be 62 years or older. A disabled person may also apply regardless of age. Rent is based on income and is subsidized by Section 42/Rural Development. We are located directly across the street from the Wasilla Senior Center located on the Senior Campus off Knik Goose Bay Road.
