Seeking full-time property manager for LIHTC senior complex. Manager must keep property in good order, work with maintenance staff to keep units in working order, complete reports and paperwork in a timely manner, communicate well with tenants in writing and verbally, learn and abide by LIHTC guidelines (paid training included), obtain information from tenants and others, manage outside contractor work, fill vacant units quickly, collect and deposit rents, handle complaints and conflicts, learn and abide by fair housing regulations (paid training included), and computer knowledge and organizational skills a must. Russian speaking a plus, NOT required.40 hours a week, salary pay ($1200-$1500 DOE). Job includes 2 bedroom unit, free of charge.
