Must be proficient in writing letters, filing, taking and transferring calls, taking care of basic AR/AP and billing. Quickbooks experience preferred, as well as MS Word and Excel. Testing is to be done prior to hiring for assignment on computer proficiency. Qualified candidates need to be proficient with 10-key by touch, and type 40+ wpm. A positive team player attitude is a must. A leading Real Estate team is looking for a part-time Administration Assistant. Hours flexible, but will most likely include four 5 hour days or five 4 hour days. This job could grow into a full-time position. Background in Real Estate is preferred, but not required. Must have great customer service skills, outgoing personality and have exceptional multi-tasking abilities. Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Office Coordinator will perform all front desk office duties for the agency. These include but are not limited to answering phones and routing calls, greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining meeting schedules, assisting with office equipment, tracking employee training, distributing payroll, processing mail, filing, preparing training materials and maintaining the agency website. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED. At least one year of general office experience or equivalent vocational training. Must be able to operate office equipment (copier, fax, computer, printer, postage meter, etc.) Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong oral and written communication skills. Time management and organizational skills are required for success in this position. Must possess a valid Alaska Driver’s License. Clear driving record. Clear Criminal History.
