***New Information/Please Read*** 1987 (22 Foot) Elderado Prelude/Class C RV for sale. This RV has 26,000 miles, a very strong Chevy 350 (runs great!), nearly new tires, shocks and brakes. It is a standard set up with a bed over the cab, a twin where the table is and a twin bed in the rear with a privacy curtain. All of the cushion padding is in great shape as well as the carpet and seats. The RV has been CHECKED OUT at Happy Camper RV services in Wasilla and everything works well (I will have the documentation to prove it). I had the propane tank filled up, a new water pump installed, new water lines as well as a new kitchen faucet put in. This one has a brand new P trap...NO LEAKS! There are no roof leaks either, its a one piece roof and the seams are caulked appropriately. There is NO generator, instead it has a DUAL BATTERY set up in the rear that charges off the engine to power all the accesories instead of a generator. I am very pleased with it but do not get to use it much due to my North Slope work schedule so it has to go. This is a great starter RV with no issues and I have a check up to prove that...not too mention it wont cost you an arm and a leg just sitting in the driveway. I was asking a slightly lower price but given the cost of new parts and new tags (good until 2011) I have to ask a firm $6900. I have had a lot of calls and I apologize for not being reachable due to my schedule but I will have this available for viewing in Palmer starting on Thursday. I have been asked to bring it to Anchorage and the answer is no at this time. Unfortunately when I do it will be to put it on a park and sell lot where they will ask a larger price for it. One last item I must pass on to prospective buyers. I have had this checked and it will not support a trailer hitch. I have had three buyers decide they love it due to the good condition its in but they had to back out due to the lack of a hitch. Up for sale in a green 2005 Arctic Cat M5 with under 800 miles. It has a 141 track, an mbrp can, snow eliminator running boards, green skidplate, and tinted headlights. It has a few scratches and cracks on the cowling but theyre nothing to major.
