Looking for a reliable employee to join our team. This is an extremely versatile position that is very busy during the summer and more relaxed in fall/winter. This position will be full time during the summer and may go to part time in the winter depending on how busy we are. May be ideal for someone who goes to school in the fall/winter or someone who does not need full time all year long.The office is casual and the main business is site work contracting. Previous experience working in a construction office a plus but not necessary. We would like someone who is computer literate and a quick learner. We use MS Office and QuickBooks. Your resume must show you have experience with MS Office and Quickbooks accounting software experience as well. Please detail in your resume if you have payroll, a/p and a/r experience (will train the right person). Must know how to file paperwork properly. Applicant must be very detail oriented, communicate effectively with an outstanding work ethic, clean background and good business references. Must have good administrative skills and have good demeanor on the phone and in person with clients. We are a team oriented office and looking for someone to compliment our team. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to ask questions if they do not understand something.
