Just bought this bike a few days ago and was disappointed to find out that I couldnt register it at the DMV because the title marked the body type as a dirt bike although it has all the features needed to be street legal. It runs very well and in the short time I have owned it I have not noticed anything wrong mechanically or otherwise. It has been hardly ridden and the previous owner has recently replaced the battery and spark plugs and also changed the oil and other fluids. Its a fun bike and would be great for trail riding. Very clean blue and silver like new Hayabusa that Ive treated like my baby since the day I purchased it new. This bike has never been raced, never been down, and never spent a cold night outside. With less than 5,000 miles it runs, and even smells, like new. It has two Yoshimura RS-3 exhaust pipes that look and sound terrific and the original exhaust pipes are also included - no scratches on any. It has carbon fiber on the gas tank, instrument panel, and at the key ignition. Wonderful bike, full fairings, jet kit, Muzzy Pipe. Meticulously taken care of. I made the mistake of letting a buddy sit on it and he laid it down in his driveway going about 10mph. Attached is the only picture I have of it and it shows the damage. I rode it to the shop. It runs fine but wobbles a bit when turning right. The shop said for $200-$300 a front wheel alignment would make it ride like new again. Im selling it for $1,000 obo.It sickens me to get rid of it but I dont have the cash to fix it right now.
