It is already half way through the summer and still dont have a saddle to fit my horse! My loss your gain!! Gotta get rid of this one to afford another one. Brand new 16\" cutting saddle for sale. I just got it in and it just doesnt fit my gelding (his back is too short). Uggh! I love it, it is a beautiful custom saddle. The flatter seat really helps the rider develop an independent seat.Also great for mulitiple family members- 16\" is a great in between size for men and women. It also came with a gorgeous flank strap. The fleece padding is thick, and I was told it levels out with riding, and to use a relatively thin pad at first. Cutting saddles are great, since they are more versatile than small barrel saddles and are great for team penning/working cow horse too! This is a nicely made synthetic saddle for very wide horses. Its comfortable and adjustable, but too wide for my current horse. Comes with the blue knit Wintec cover, three purple Wintec-Wide gullet plates, as well as the Wintec white and red gullet plates that also fit regular Wintec saddles. I purchased the saddle new for $575 plus shipping, and bought the regular gullet plates separately for about $21.95 each plus shipping. While assessing my dads estate I stumbled into something buried in his back yard. When I kicked it out of the way, it didnt move. Now I dont like it, (neither does my toe).
