On behalf of one of our customers, we are selling their like new water heater. This is a Bradford White 73 gallon, 75K BTU natural gas combination water heater. Model # M2CTW75T10CN12, S/N CB7378884. This is a combination unit for running both hydronic heat and domestic hot water. It is direct vent with power venter. The water heater was flushed approximately 3 months prior to being removed.The only reason it was removed was to put a boiler in its place. This unit has only been in operation for 2 1/2 years. The current local retail on this unit is $2750+. Our customer would like to get $1300 for it.
