You wont see these offered very often second hand. Thought I would see if there is any interest in Alaska before I advertise it nation wide. I am reluctanly considering selling my Ambex YM-15 Roaster. It is in almost mint condition. I believe it is a 2005 model year and has had very little use. I bought it from the original owner and he only used it (lightly) for about 18 months. I have owned it for 2 1/2 years and have not used it at all. It has been stored, in its crate in heated storeage since I bought it. The machine is rated to roast 15 kilos per batch (about 30 lbs) input. It is runs on 120V electric for the blowers and Natural Gas for the burners. It also comes with a Norfab exhaust stack system that reaches as high as about 20. As you can tell by the photos, it is a great looking machine and would make a fantastic addition to a coffee house interested in getting into roasting. The only reason I am selling it is because I dont have the money to set up a \"DEC approved\" facility. (If interested, I can email better photos. They come out a little blurry on craigslist.)
