All you need is to fill your bedroom with furniture. I do have a storage unit I can share with you as well. If you need to move more stuff in or want to Ill work with you on that. I am looking for some one to share the lower half of a house with. It is in east anchorage and very roomie, it has its own bathroom with shower only, and you have acess to a bath tub up stairs. I have several pets, most of them reptiles, and 2 dogs and 3 cats, so pets are ok with me. The only thing I ask is that they get along with everyone here first and fore most. I take care of a baby during the day and answer the phone for a business. I do all the laundry once a week and cook dinner evert night that I am here, witch is most of the time. I live up stairs and keep to my self, but the laundry room is down stairs off the den-living area so I will be in there some of the time. Hi! I currently have a room for rent in my newer townhouse style home. I have had a good roommate for the last year however he is having to move out to go back to work out of town. It is a smaller room with semi private bathroom which will be shared primarily only with my 18 year old son. I have a washer/dryer in my home, wireless internet access, cable, all utilities will be included in agreement. Access to kitchen and main living area. I am a single parent of the 18 yr old son and a 4 yr old daughter (I also have a 19 year old daughter however she is currently living in California). I work full time M-F and will be working a lot of evenings at the baseball games. My young daughter is in daycare all day and I am not looking for someone to help out with her so that is not an issue. I have not had to place an ad before so I am not entirely sure what to write here. Ideally I think a college student trying to save money would be great but willing to work with the right person. Obviously I need a mature, non drinking, no drugs, non partying, mature, honest, relatively quiet person that is looking for the same. I am not OCD on the cleanliness of the person who rents a room but I do ask that you pick up after yourself and respect our home. No pets as they are not allowed in the community that I live in. I dont mind the OCCASIONAL visitor but random people in and out all the time is just not going to work out. My children and I are easy to get along with and looking for the absolute right person.
