For sale is a used gas Bradford White Water Heater. Bradford White is top of the line water heater. It is a 48 Gallon 65,000 BTU heater. I purchased this heater about 1.5 years ago for $175 and it worked very well. I will include the insulation blanket and earthquake straps. If I can find them I will throw in the water lines too. Our previous heater would go cold after a 20 minute shower. This heater never got cold due to its recovery rate. The \"XR\" in the model number indicates that it is the DELUXE EXTRA RECOVERY model. I am selling it because we upgraded our boiler system that included a hot water on demand unit too. Just replaced all the doors in my house. Old doors are only 8 years old - didnt fit our new color scheme. They are light wood color and in excellent shape.
