Administrative ProfessionalGreat group seeks an administrative professional with solid senior level skills.Our ideal candidate has excellent communications, computer, detail and team skills; with knowledge of QuickBooks, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and publisher. Our company provides management/employee and human resource consulting to 200 to 300 companies annually. Our atmosphere is team-oriented, hardworking and friendly. Your duties:„c Confirming for and invoicing all projects;„c Maintaining a check register of all outgoing payments;„c Making occasional collection calls;„c Producing well-written letters & emails;„c Producing handouts and PowerPoints;„c Providing assistance for our human resources staff by screening resumes and telephone screening applicants;„c Making client service calls to current clients;„c Making ¡§could we get an email address¡¨ or ¡§would you like our (free) HR newsletter?¡¨ calls to prospective customers;„c Putting order to our server to streamline our internal library.Our team talks to each other, shoots straight, has fun and gives 8 hours of work for 8 hours of pay. The individual we seek has excellent interpersonal skills; project coordination experience; the ability to multi-task multiple priorities; an eye for detail and accuracy and the ability to work well with all levels of managers and clients.
