Purpose of Position: The network planner is responsible for managing all elements of the core network, to assure appropriate capacities and quality of service. The position is also responsible for reviewing the network routinely to minimize COGS impact. The position will initiate projects, perform economic analyses, and develop CPARs to address these COGS impacts.
