Bunks available share with other college students, shared kitchen, bathroom and common area....must clean up after yourself, be drug free, no criminal record .....Pets ok if small and you are a good pet owner , cleaning up after your pet, taking good care of your pet. Large Pets a $200 dollar deposit is in order no snakes or snails please.....If you are a private uppity person this will not work, we are all very social and enjoy others around us, although we do prefer to shower and use the bathroom alone and shower alone...and sleep alone, the rest of the time we are game....to chat, watch a movie, chill and spill, if that is not you , then you will not be happy here, unless you rent one of the rooms then you can hide in your room ....we will leave you alone, most of the time...This is shared housing, you do not get your own room for $200 dollars geeze where is the thinking in that......you share with a couple other gals,,,,and keeping your area clean is of vital importance and shows respect to your other roomies, this is a hostel like living environment fun and laid back.....we have a small dog and a small bunny ....thats it so far, two bathrooms, upstairs and downstairs bunks are downstairs, nothing fancy pancy here or I would charge more, plain simple safe affordable living....so if you are looking for something upscale this is not it , but I can get you upscale for a price$$$$$500 room, $500 tiny chalet, $1200 two bedroom apt with a nice river in the backyard off of Lake Otis.....You get what you pay for so please do not waste my time and energy if you are expecting a butler , actually I am looking for a butler you must have many skills, including , cooking, cleaning, organizing, fixing things, painting , remodeling and being especially nice to my guest serving us those little sandwhiches with the crust cut off and tiny mints..... all the while wearing those cute little white gloves....ok well you do not have to wear the gloves, a tux is a must....cats are OK - purrrdogs are OK - wooof Location: Anchorageits NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests |

Fair warning to whoever is looking at the ad for the mobile home for sale. Dude is a shister, he has sold that mobile several times and renigs on it when he needs a place to stay. It is only worth 16,000 or so according to the tax assessor in the muni.The frame work, plumbing and subflooring was not done by him, nor was the water heater or wiring. One of the people he was selling this to did all of it, to include furnishing all the appliances and cabinets.The hot tub is half assed wired and did leak at one time.Not to mention the windows were only held in by silicone and foam, not properly installed.This place was falling apart before then. Would only be worth 10,000 at best, oh and it cannot be insured either because it is so old and he will also suck you out of as much money for every little thing he can think of, from trying to get you to pay his taxes that he doesnt want to pay.
