Loreto is a lovely town served by Horizon Airlines out of LAX (from SFE use SWA into LAX) straight into the jetport at Loreto. The fishing is exquisite. I spoke to a neighbor yesterday (6/24) and he told me that he couldnt get the bait past the Marlin and Sailfish to catch more than two 35 lb. Dorado, which he was after. The manager for the community gets excellent rates from local boats for fishing expeditions. There is a lovely Golf Course at Loreto Bay and community members get a discount.
