It is quite the simple arrangement, I work on the slope 6 on and 2 off and am rarely home during my R and R time. I rent two rooms in a three bedroom house that is a great location if you are a quiet and very clean person. I do prefer females as room mates only because they tend not to be very interested in my recreational toys and outdoor gear that are in the home. This room has its own private bath that is shared by me when I am home (which is rare). I do ask that rent be paid by the first of the month, that you not have lots of friends frequently over and that you respect my house and my belongings. On the 11th My roommies are moving out and I will have an open bedroom in my 3 br apartment. Im looking for a roommate until the end of September (when my lease is up). Your room will be the larger of the three, with a very large closet. The middle room is generally used as the storage room, although it can be used for other things... there isnt much in there. Cooking equiptment isnt necessary. I have a relative amount of cooking accessories. and the apartment has a dishwasher and a washer/dryer inside. Although I have two tvs, I dont have cable, but youre more than welcome to get it if you care. There is a carport outside, and its all yours. Also there is a small back porch and a communal back yard with a bike path across the fence. As for myself, Im a construction worker. I wake up early and go to bed early. I dont drink and dont smoke. Im relatively quiet and generally am either out or in my bedroom watching movies and on the computer. I have a small dog. He goes to work with me everyday, and is quiet. I am looking for a roommate who is not loud, doesnt smoke, and doesnt party. Drinkings ok and beers welcome in the fridge, but Im not too big on having a bunch of drunks in the apt at 2 am. Im also not excited about having another dog in the house... my roomies dog was a real pain. I expect rent 5 days before the end of the month and no excuses. Hello, I am looking to get a roomate I live in a two bedroom apartment and I am soon to be living alone. I run heavy equipment 5-6 days a week and have a part time job at a bike shop so I am fairly busy.
