I am the owner of the units the lady below is \"complaining\" about. We operate a VERY reputable business and have done so for the past 16 years in Anchorage. We are active members in our community and professional associations. This lady (I would say her name, but it is ILLEGAL to mantion a name without their permission. We have reported her to the FBI, local police and are following up with the Atty Generals office to get a copy of the COMPLAINT she says she filed and they are unable to supply us with same. We suspect she wanted the apartment for illegal activity because as soon as she found out there was an elderly lady in the unit next to her instead of the young man that was there the day she COMMITTED to the apartment with a nonrefundable deposit, she decided she could not stay there because she would BOTHER the lady. The story goes on, but if yoiu have any hesitation to call us or consider renting from us, I challenge you to ask her for a copy of the POLICE report she filed when we burtally hurt her. It is the ideal spot: no other houses to look at, you can sit on the deck and quielty read, or just look out over the Knik glacier and Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains. The living room has valuted ceilings and lots of windows for letting in all the light and that awesome view. There are two seperate full bathrooms. It has all new carpets throughout the house and is very well maintained. The propery has lots of lawn, a small deck, and a view that goes on forever. Also, there is a two-car heated garage. Its a pretty sweet set-up. It will be partially furnished; couch, kitchen table, chairs, coffee table, lamps, entertainment center, TV, dishes, pots and pans. The cost includes all of the utilites. I am just moving into the house and want someone to share the expenses of this very cool place with me. It would be too much economically for me to rent by myself. So, I want to share this house with somone who is responsible, and easy-going and who has a steady income. I prefer a female rommate but would consider a guy. Also, it would be preferrable if we had opposite schedules. For example, I work days and if you worked nights we would have the house to ourself. June is almost upon us and we do have the second half of June available. Located on the south east tropical lush ocean point of Kapoho. Home of the kapoho tidepools, where snorkeling is the best on island. Warm, vast numerous volcanic tidepools loaded with tropical fish, corals and even the hawaiian green seaturtles. A remote area that is so void of civilization. We here in kapoho have no trafffic, no hotels, no motels, no Vog. Its really what we call the last Hawaiian frontier. Peaceful lush and quite. Yet just 12 minutes up the road is our local town of pahoa. www.pahoahawaii.com. Here youll find our five acre new shopping center with subway, fish market, malmana super market Internet Cafe. Then theres old town Pahoa with her wooden sidewalks, great restaurants, banks, healthfood stores, and Hawaiian Aloha. Our home while very inexpensive, and very easy to rent, is absolutely beautiful. Built by my son and I, this is the first year our home has been offered as a vacation rental. Pics will tell it all. but we do have cable tv, surround sound, laundry room, three bedrooms two baths. Master bedroom has its own private bath with jacuzzibathtub. Views are incredible, and our outside vaulted covered decks all lead to our ocean view lanai. We are only a four minute walk to the kapoho tidepools from our front door. Theres more activities and adventures around our side of the Island than I can go into here on craiglist.
