I have a panasonic video recorder model # PV-DV51. Everything works except the play back of the DVC tapes. These are the mini tapes, not full size VCR. Of course they want too much to repair. Im moving to the area in July for a DoD civilian position. I am NOT military however, I will have a guaranteed salary so making rent is not an issue. Ill be upfront and let you know my credit is not great, however I have NEVER been late on my rent or car payments and I can give references if needed. Heres what I desire:-Id like a 2 or 3 Bedroom (apartment or house) near Eielson AFB (Id like at least 1.5 baths, but if the 1 bathroom not simply a closet I can make it work). I dont want to be on the far side of Fairbanks and not south of Eielson.-I need a good school district as I have a child who will attend elementary school.-I want most of the utilies included in the rent (electricity, heat, gas, water, cable, internet, etc). I can be flexible if one or two of them are not included.(What I DO NOT want is $1000 rent PLUS all utilities!!) Also, I DO NOT want the landlord controlling the heat. We arent big on the heat, however I dont want anyone else controlling my temperature.-Ill need to sign a 3 month lease, and then from there we can decide any long-term contracts. This is to protect both you and I as I am not familiar with this area and do not want you or I to be unhappy!-You must accept dogs. I have a 4 year old Dog and shes non-negotiable:) Shes a lhasa apso and doesnt really do much except sleep.-Im come from the lower 48 so Im accustomed to newer construction homes...I dont need something fancy, but I also dont want anything OLD and DINGY.Were a family unit so you wont have to worry about wild parties or any nuisances. Ill pay first months rent and deposit. I pay my rent on-time and Im not a bother when it comes to being at tenant as we can fix minor issues ourselves (if allowed). McKinley Bank and will pass any engineering inspection.Cabin is approximately 700 square feet and can be added on to. Sleeping area in loft, living room, kitchen, small bathroom and office. Cabin has Efel oil drip stove and Blaze King wood stove. Refridgerator and range run on propane. Lights and water pump are 12 volt and run off battery bank. Battery bank is charged by 3000 watt Honda generator. Solar survey has been done on property and solar panels can be easily added to the system. Grey water system drains sink and shower---there is an outhouse for solids although you can add a composting toilet if going outside at -30 does not excite you. Water is provided by a small holding tank in the house and a Bosch on demand on propare powered hot water heater . Property includes a garage which has Blaze King wood stove, 20 foot Connex storage container, wood fired sauna, and multiple wood sheds.
