Hello, I am looking for a clean, quiet, honest person to fill the role as a room mate. I live in a secure entry in a clean quiet 4 plex. I have one unfurnished bedroom available, shared bathroom, large living room and spacious kitchen. Electricity is split half/half. Electric bill usualy is around $30. I will require a history check from a minimum of 3 people (the more the better). I have four birds that reside in the living room, so bird friendly people is a must. I am 22, male, non-smoking and rarely drink, I am not into parties. I love flying and working on becoming a Commercial Airline Pilot. If your an Aviator or into aviation that would be awesome.
