Program Manager FT– for Alaska Training Center: Provide technical assistance to groups preparing federal applications and answer post award concerns. This position will interface with other Centers in AZ, HI and VA with curriculum development. Manage task orders, submit monthly budget /narrative reports, and reconciled travel reports. Knowledgeable of resources to enhance eligible applicants to meet requirements for ANA funding opportunities. Hold a Bachelor Degree; Masters Degree preferred, with proven / significant experience in working on Alaska Native, Native American issues and/or has rural project management. Proven experience: technical writing, public speaking, teaching the adult learner, and understands project evaluation. Must have at least 10 years of successful grant writing experience. Travel in small planes will be needed at times. Supervisor skills will be required. Reports to the Program Director of the Training Center.
