Furnished downstairs room in tri-level home in quiet Eaglewood. Utilities included/wireless high speed internet/washer and dryer. Security patrolled neighborhood, lighted bike trails/bus route and Walmart with walking distance. Chugiak state park 20 minute drive/Anchorage 20 minute drive. No smoking/pets/drinking/drugs/or overnight guests. You would be sharing house with professional female/UAA student, preschooler, and 1st grader who are in school until 6:30 and go to their fathers every other weekend. I am easy going, but do prefer quiet hours between 10:30 and 6:30 am. Room for rent in large log home up Highland Rd in Eagle River. Room is downstairs and has sliding doors to driveway, has cable, internet, phone. Share kitchen, exercise machines, pool/pingpong table, deck with BBQ grill. Very quiet neighborhood. All roommates share utilities. There is a $200 deposit plus the $550 rent.
