Hello Potential Lessor, If you’re looking for excellent tenants that would treat your place as their own then look no further. Im allergic to just about everything. The carpets get steamed every 3 months and I cant stand carpet stains, horrible paint jobs or undeniable gaps in kitchen craftsmanship. I dont have a vacuum that will fit in those. Did I mention were very clean people. We are tenants that you will want to rent to for the 3-5 years that we are looking to rent a place. After that wede like to have something to call our own. That is what we thought we had until our current landlord had a beautiful baby and they want to move back into this house that weve been renting for almost a year. Being the great tenants that weve been, he offered his other house to us. It is much too small for all our stuff and we would like to stay in the south western part of town. Were typical Alaskans (I think?) who like to camp, fish, hike, ride snowmachines, motorcycles and 4 wheelers. Most of the toys are kept at a cabin so no need for excessive toy parking. We do have dinner parties and BBQs, nothing out of the ordinary. We are generally quiet people. We spend most weekends out doing the above. We love to be outdoors in any way we can. And now the hardest thing to tell a potential lessor: we have a 100 lb lab/rot mix. I picked her out of an unfit home at 7 weeks old in 2005 and have loved her ever since. Being your own landlord with 3 acres, dog lover, and responsible pet owner it was easy to bring this size dog home. Most people tell you that their dog is the sweetest most docile dog youve ever met. In our case it is true. However that is where the responsible dog owner comes in and understands its 100!!!!! pounds. Peoples preconceptions of this type of dog are just that Im not going to try and change that. I know what type of dog I have (the sweetest), I know how to handle her (on and off leash), and am a responsible dog owner (she still has teeth and that’s not going to change). That being said please dont dismiss us because of our family member. We are looking for something very similar to what we have now, being: 2 or 3 Bedrooms, I need one room for my treadmill and bowflex. 1.5 to 2 Baths, I like my personal area for myself and not company :) Decent size kitchen with appliances, Washer and Dryer A yard big enough to play Frisbee in and I just bought a great lawnmower and would like to use it, and the most important amenity…. An oversize 1 car garage or 2 vehicle garage (My vehicle and 2 motorcycles need heated parking in the winter) If we can find a 3 bedroom wed like to keep our current roommate if possible, shes ex-military looking to see Alaska.
