What an increditable experience, to see the look on a childs face as they watch three chicken eggs become precious little chicks. Plug in the incubator, add water and add three chicken eggs, or seven quail eggs, or two duck eggs. put the clear cover on, and watch. Every two or three days, add water. No turning the incubator does that for you. On day 18 you place the clear tray under the eggs and start watching. I will have the R-Com 3 egg incubator, this is a great incubator for the beginner, there is so little work to it, plug it in, add three eggs, and some water. Select the bird you are hatching, and check the water every other day Is that easy or what. Imagine your little ones eyes as they watch the cutest chick ever hatch in 21 days!! This would be great for a schoolroom, , or great for the homeschooled student. I also will have the Octagon 20 ECO with or without the turning cradle.. The Octagon 20 holds 60 quail, 40 Pheasant, 24 hen, 20 duck and 9/12 Goose eggs. And lastly I will have a Octagon 20 Advance, this is an awesome incubator. I am personally using Brinsea incubators and have had wonderful results as well as the ease and no guesswork at what to do.
