Very interesting vehicle, it was bulilt by a miner near Seward and it is a skid steer. It has 3, 21/2 ton axles, and a running gear from a duece and a half, it has a manual transmission with a spliter, and a 20,000 PTO winch. It runs and drives, the brake system has air leaks and it does not like to turn.
